Human Resources and Employment Policy

To be able to function in line with our vision and mission and continue the operational processes in coordination, we, as Beykent University Hospital, determine competencies and qualifications for human resources, adopt an employment policy based on placing the right person in the right position, and carry out our processes accordingly. Within this framework, we value “people”, our most important and unique resource, and adhere to our principle of equal treatment.

Highly valuing each and every application, we approach all candidates with equal care in our recruitment processes as required by an expert HR team.

We strive to achieve the human resources who will adopt our hospital’s philosophy, principles, strategies, mission, and vision, and we aim to always take our hospital further with candidates equipped with necessary competencies who can adapt to our institutional culture.

We attach importance to the methods we use in recruitment processes, and we hold a wide range of interviews that include a variety of applications and criteria based on the qualifications of the positions and candidates.
