PET-CT

CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY

Coronary Angiography (CAG) is an interventional diagnosis method used in the detection of cardiovascular diseases and is not a type of surgery. It is the process of injecting a special dye into the heart vessels during CAG and taking images using the imaging system. CAG is performed in laboratories with special angiography device and trained-experienced cardiologist and health personnel. It determines which region of the coronary arteries is narrowed/occluded due to atherosclerosis, and enables the decision of which treatment method should be intervened. During the same process, the heart cavities are reached and it also shows the problems in the functioning of the heart valves and heart muscle walls. At the same time; It can also be used to diagnose congenital heart diseases such as heart holes. The patient does not need to be put to sleep during CAG, the patient is awake and can talk during the procedure.

DIGITAL ANGIOGRAPHY (DSA)

The vessels of the brain, liver, kidney, aorta and limbs can be evaluated by giving very little x-ray and drugs (contrast agent).
