Our hospital's Quality Management Unit was founded in accordance with the National and International Quality Standards, and carries on its activities within the scope of the Healthcare Quality Standards and other relevant legislation.

 

As the Quality Management Unit, we perform activities such as:

- Ensuring coordination of activities carried out within the scope of the Healthcare Quality Standards,

- Following operational activities for corporate purposes and goals,

- Managing self-evaluations,

- Managing the processes regarding the Unwanted Event Notification System,

- Managing the risk management processes ,

- Managing patient and employee feedback surveys (conducting a survey, evaluation of survey results, improvement efforts based on survey results),

- Ensuring management of documents within the scope of the Healthcare Quality Standards,

- Managing quality indicator processes,

- Participating in committees determined within the frame of Healthcare Quality Standards
