Our Human Resources and Recruitment Policy

We adopt our recruitment policy with the approach of placing the right person for the right job by determining the competencies and qualifications of the human resources required in order for our Beykent University Hospital to fulfill all its functions by serving its vision and mission, and for our processes to function in full coordination, and we carry out our operation in this direction. In this context; We protect our principle of equal treatment without discrimination, by giving the necessary value to "human", our most important and only resource.

Being aware of the fact that every application made to us is valuable to us, we approach every candidate with the same care and meticulousness with a positive HR profile in our selection and placement processes.

We are trying to reach human resources who can adopt the philosophy, principles, strategies, mission and vision of our hospital as a principle, and we always aim to move our hospital forward with candidates who are compatible with our corporate culture and have the competencies required by the job.
