The Quality Management Unit of our hospital has been established in accordance with the National and International Quality Standards and continues to work within the scope of Quality Standards in Health and other relevant legislation.


As the Quality Management Unit;
- To coordinate the studies carried out within the framework of Quality Standards in Health,

- To follow up the work towards corporate goals and objectives,

- Managing self-assessments,

- Managing the processes related to the Unwanted Incident Notification System,

- Managing the processes related to risk management,

- To manage studies (such as survey applications, evaluation of survey results, improvement studies for survey results) for the measurement of patient and employee feedback surveys,

- To ensure the management of documents within the framework of Health Quality Standards,

- Managing the processes for quality indicators,

- Participating as a member of the committees determined within the framework of Quality Standards in Health is among our activities.
